北京安贞医院精神心理科正式成立于2010年8月，为三级甲等医院专门从事精神心理卫生服务的临床一级科室。目前科室在编医务人员8人，外聘专家1人。其中医师5人：正主任医师1人，主治医师3人，住院医师1人。医师中具有博士学位者2人、硕士学位2人、学士学位1人。现任科室主任贺建华，医学博士、主任医师。毕业于北京协和医院，从事神经精神科工作28年，对综合医院常见的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍、记忆障碍与痴呆等疾病有较丰富的临床诊治经验，尤其是躯体疾病合并精神心理问题的处理。为进一步保障医疗质量，科室还聘请北京大学第六医院退休的吕秋云主任医师，在门诊的同时，参加科室临床疑难病例讨论，为咨询师进行督导，为科室的医疗安全提供良好的保障。科室现有心理治疗师1人，心理测查师1人，护士1人。3人均具有劳动部颁发的心理咨询师资格证书，1人有卫生部颁发的心理治疗师资格，均经过专科医院正规的心理测查资格培训。

Psychological department was established in August 2010 , it serves as the a clinical mental health services 3rd Grade Class A Hospital. Currently we have 8 medical staffs, and 1 external expert .Including 5 doctors : 1 chief physician , 3 attending physicians and 1 resident physician. Two of them have doctorate, another two have master's degree, one has a bachelor's degree .The current department director is He Jianhua , MD, chief physician. She graduated from Peking Union Medical College Hospital and engaged in Neuropsychiatry for 28 years，and has rich clinical experience on those mental disorders commonly seen in general Hospital such as anxiety，depression, sleeping disorder, memory disorder such as Alzheimer disease，especially treating somatic diseases with psychological method. To further improve medical treatment quality, we also hired a retired chief physician Dr. Lv Qiuyun from Peking University Sixth Hospital to participate in clinical practice，to discuss difficult cases and to provide the counseling supervision. There is a psychotherapist , a psychometrician and a nurse. All of them are psychological counselors, licensed by Ministry of Labour and Social Security, one of them is a psychotherapist licensed by the Ministry of Health, all of them have received psychometrics training by specialized hospital.

科室目前的主要诊疗范围：

1、门诊：开设有普通门诊、专家门诊和特需门诊，对成人轻中度抑郁、神经症及躯体疾病伴发的精神心理异常进行药物及心理治疗和心理咨询。开设记忆门诊，由专人对认知减退的患者进行全面的认知评估，以期尽早发现痴呆患者，及时给与恰当的治疗。对重症抑郁和重性精神疾病经初步筛检后及时转介精神专科医院。

2、会诊：对住院的躯体疾病患者出现的精神心理问题进行联络会诊，结合安贞医院特点，开展“双心医学”实践活动，为心血管病合并焦虑抑郁患者提供绿色通道。

3、围绕综合医院常见的精神心理问题定期开展临床疑难病例讨论，规律进行大众科普宣传，坚持以临床亟待解决的普遍问题为科学研究的方向。

4、坚持三级医院医生进社区，我科中级以上医师每周均在朝阳区大屯社区卫生服务站出一个单元的门诊。精神心理科暂时无病房。

The main work content of the department:

1, the outpatient clinic: there are General Outpatient Clinic, expert outpatient Clinic and the counseling clinic, treating adult mild-to-moderate depression, neurosis and physical illness comorbid mental disorder with drug， psychotherapy and counseling. In memory clinic, we conduct a comprehensive cognitive evaluation in patients with cognitive decline and dementia in order to detect and give a proper treatment in time.After our initial screening of severe depression and severe mental illness,they will be referred to psychiatric referral hospital.

2,consultation: we provide consultation service for in-patients with physical illness, and the green channel for patients with both cardiovascular disease and anxiety or depression by working on psycho-cardiology.

3, We discuss difficult cases focusing on psychological problem in general Hospital on a regular basis, popularize psychological knowledge, conduct scientific research on common clinical problems which need to be solved.

4, We provide clinical service in the DaTun community every week by sending attending or chief physician there. Currently we have no wards.

为了不断的提高医疗水平，全体成员不断的学习和进取，利用业余时间学习心理治疗技术，包括精神分析、眼动脱敏与再加工技术、悦纳访谈临床沟通技术、巴林特小组等。定期进行科室内心理督导及院内医护人员心理互助小组活动。让职工的负性情绪有地方及时得到宣泄，减少职业倦怠和心理疾病的发生。2010年8月开始，创建北京市综合医院与精神专科医院之间的痴呆病例讨论会，每2月进行1次，为提高广大中青年医师的痴呆诊治技能搭建了极好的平台。2013年4月开始每月1次在大屯社区开展失智老人及家属联谊活动，旨在提高失智老人家属的照料技能。

In order to improve the level of medical treatment, the staffs studying psychotherapy techniques, including psychoanalysis, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing techniques, communication techniques and clinical interview techniques, Balint groups and so on.

We reduce negative emotions，burnout and mental illness for our staffs  by organizing psychological support group activities.

In August 2010, we create a seminar focusing on dementia cases discussion between general hospitals and psychiatric hospitals every 2 months, providing an excellent platform for young physicians to improve the skills to diagnosis and treatment of dementia.
Since April 2013，we hold communication activities for the dementia and their families once a month in Datun communities，aimed at improving the care skills of dementia family.

科室诊疗特色

科室拥有包括心理CT在内的国内外常用的各种心理评估工具，既有心理测查人员的评估方式，也有计算机化的人机对话式评估工具，从客观的角度评估患者的心理状态。除心理咨询和心理治疗外，还有生物反馈治疗仪及言语吞咽治疗仪，用以辅助药物治疗焦虑、抑郁、失眠、言语及吞咽困难等病症。辅助药物治疗和心理治疗

2013年4月开始，开展痴呆患者非药物治疗：特殊文娱治疗，对照料者进行培训，每月进行一次团体治疗。同年开展眼动脱敏与再加工治疗创伤后应激障碍。

Our department has various psychological assessment tools, including psychological CT system, psychological assessment tools measured both by investigators and computer, for better evaluating patients from an objective point of view.In addition to counseling and psychotherapy, we also have biofeedback devices and swallowing and speech exercise device as assisting tool to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, speech and swallowing difficulties and other illnesses.

April 2013, we started to carry out non-drug treatment of patients with dementia: Special entertainment treatment, caregiver training, group therapy once a month. And eye movement desensitization and reprocessing were carried out to treat traumatic stress disorder the same year.

教学科研成果

承担首都医科大学护理专业夜大（专升本）课程,承担北京医学会心身医学分会及朝阳区继续教育课程。为首都医科大学本科生以及本院护理管理人员进行心理健康与临床沟通技巧讲座。

坚持临床普遍问题导向的科研工作，先后发表胸痛患者的心理状态评估、急诊非心源性胸痛的临床特点、冠心病与惊恐障碍、冠心病患者合并抑郁对住院时间和花费的影响、高血压病人的认知损害、卒中后抑郁、卒中患者的认知功能减退等相关论文十余篇。

Our department is responsible for the course of Capital Medical  university nursing major (Undergraduate), and the continuing education courses of Beijing Medical Association of Psychosomatic Medicine as well as the Chaoyang District. We also provide Mental health and clinical communication skills seminars for undergraduate of Capital Medical University and medical staffs in our hospital.

We insist on a problem-oriented clinical research, and have published the  psychological state evaluation of patients with chest pain, clinical features of non-cardiac chest pain in emergency room, coronary artery disease and panic disorder, the impact of coronary artery disease patients with depressive on length of stay and costs，cognitive impairment of hypertension patients , post-stroke depression, cognitive dysfunction in patients with stroke，so far we have published more than ten related papers.
